The software is provided in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model where all technical support and hosting is provided by Creativelink Technologies, allowing you to focus on your core business and the relationship with your targeted audience.
Content Management
Content is the building block of your online presence. SiteBlox has a flexible model of base content types that can be extended to meet your particular needs. Base content types include News, Events, Bios, Services, Products, Blog Entries and more. If there is not a base content type to meet your needs, it can be easily added to the platform.
Theme Management
Creativelink Technologies understands that branding is paramount. As such, SiteBlox supports whatever your creative design partners come up with. You are not forced to choose from stock themes. The fact that no two of our websites look alike is a testament to how serious we are about full flexibility in theme and branding implementation.
Forms, Forms, Forms
SiteBlox allows you to define any form with whatever fields you want for your website. All forms are saved to a database and can be exported to a spreadsheet at any time. If you want form data routed to other systems, SiteBlox can do that.
Event Registration
Many businesses and non-profits host events for a variety of reasons. SiteBlox lets you create event specific registration forms with the option of requiring payment. This can be in the form of a fixed price, or can leverage the commerce module to define varying pricing options (e.g. levels of sponsorships, seating area, etc.). All registrations are captured in a database and can be downloaded to a spreadsheet at any time. Acknowledgement emails can be enabled, as well as a reminder email and confirmation process prior to the event.
Commerce
The commerce module allows for the definition of product types, and within in those types products and skus. Additionally, the taxonomy module is used to classify products to enable faceted navigation through your catalog for your end customer. Products can be classified multiple ways to allow for multiple entry points. Promotion codes, tax and shipping information management round out the package. The commerce module currently integrates with PayPal Pro and Authorize.net.
Donations
Are you a non-profit wanting to upgrade to a solution that supports full credit card processing? If so, SiteBlox has support built in. Acknowledgement emails that can be used as official IRS receipts can be sent as part of the process. Do you use CRM tools such as Constant Contact or Emma? If so, SiteBlox can send information to those systems as part of the process.
Locator
Are you a business with many locations? Do you need to provide mapping and how to find us services? SiteBlox has this support built in. Zip code and state based searches are easily provided as well as integration of Google and Bing mapping services.
Customization
If there is a feature you need that SiteBlox does not currently have, no worries. SiteBlox has a flexible engine to allow scripting of the underlying services layer.
